Order Request and Expert Consultation

Place your order in the most convenient way: through our website, via chat, or by phone. If needed, our team will guide you through the process.

If you prefer an in-person meeting, we’ll be happy to welcome you at our office and production facility in Dnipro (Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00).

Technical Assessment and Solution Selection

We analyze your requirements, determine the type of liquid and operating conditions, and select the optimal material (PVC or TPU) and configuration.

We identify exactly how the tank can help ensure your company’s resource independence.

Agreement on Contract Terms

We prepare the final commercial proposal and sign an official contract that guarantees the agreed deadlines and pricing.

Order Payment

Choose the most convenient payment method: bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, or cash upon delivery.

We offer 100% prepayment for ready-made models shipped from stock, or a 50/50 payment option: 50% to start production and the remaining 50% before shipment.

Production and Quality Control

We manufacture the tank according to your specifications within a short lead time. Before shipment, every product undergoes mandatory testing of all seams to ensure their strength and reliability.

Fast Delivery

Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Dnipro or delivered throughout Ukraine by trusted logistics companies: Nova Poshta, SAT, Delivery, and In-Time.

Commissioning

We provide technical support and instructions for quick and proper on-site installation and initial filling of the tank.

Service Support

We provide an official 5-year warranty on all products in our range.

We stay in touch throughout the entire service life of the tank, providing maintenance support and professional consultation.

Warranty Replacement and Returns

If you discover a defect, take photos of the damage and send us a description of the issue.

We will promptly review your request and determine the appropriate solution — replacement or repair of the product in accordance with the terms of the signed contract.
